A lip flip is a cosmetic treatment in which a small amount of muscle relaxant is carefully injected into the upper lip. By relaxing the muscle that pulls the lip inward, the upper lip subtly rolls outward. This creates the appearance of a slightly fuller lip with a softer and more defined shape, without adding extra volume as with fillers.
