1. Scope
These terms govern the online booking of aesthetic medicine appointments through the website and booking system of Hermes Iberland XXI, S.L., Tax ID B75510156, registered office at Calle Aribau 171, 1º 1ª, 08036 Barcelona, Spain (“Face360”). By booking, you accept these terms, the general terms and the privacy policy.
2. Booking with a deposit
Available only for hyaluronic acid filler treatments. You pay a € 20 deposit when booking and the rest at the clinic; the deposit includes a € 20 discount. Every treatment is subject to a prior medical assessment: if the doctor advises against it, your deposit is refunded in full.
3. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel free of charge by emailing info@face360clinic.com more than 24 hours in advance. If you don’t show up or notify us late, the deposit is retained as compensation for the reserved slot and is non-refundable. If Face360 cancels, you choose a new date or a full refund.
4. Lucky Moment
Special price available only in the time slots published by Face360, with limited availability. Same product, same doctor, same safety. Not combinable with other Face360 discounts or programmes unless expressly stated. Face360 may modify or withdraw slots at any time, without affecting bookings already made.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Protection Act), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services booked for a specific date, such as these appointments. Even so, Face360 voluntarily offers the free changes and cancellations set out in clause 3.
6. Acceptance
Before paying the deposit you must tick the box “I have read and accept the booking and cancellation terms”. Without this acceptance, the booking cannot be completed.
